Shirley has worked in the mortgage sector for over 20 years, serving the Metro DC region and neighboring states. Her depth of knowledge in the mortgage sector was a tremendous asset to USA Loans. She has held important leadership positions for significant lenders like Caliber Home Loans, Pacific Union Financial (Mr. Cooper), Wells Fargo, and Khovnanian Home Mortgage. Her duties include, but are not limited to, overseeing customer service, managing capacity, and improving operational effectiveness at the loan level across all operating departments. Shirley was excited to work for USA Loans in 2019 and take over the management of the day-to-day operations. Shirley is passionate about streamlining the mortgage application process and improving the quality of life for all customers.

She was born and raised in Southern California but is a proud UC Riverside graduate. Shirley is also the mother of six children, the youngest of whom is a high school freshman.
